The Kawaii Cottage is a collaboration between two Norfolk artists- Jackie Ashley (Shlii Kawaii Toys) and Yvonne Frederick (Star Whisp Illustrations). It is located at Booth F13 inside the Painted Tree Boutiques of Virginia Beach. Open 10am-8pm all week.
