January Snow Day!
We don't often get snow here in Norfolk, VA, so when it happens it's kind of a big deal. I absolutely adore the snow! This past January has been fabulous; we've had ample amounts of snowfall twice! This week we got more than ten inches :)Since snow is such a rarity, I had to take advantage of it and shoot a few photos with any of my dolls I had on hand. I usually don't have any, but these are in waiting for a show next month at a local shop. They may look like they're sitting in the snow in these photos, but with the amount of love and time that goes into making my dolls, there is no way! Instead, I put them on a towel and propped them up with a straw. It was pretty gloomy out, but the results aren't too bad :) I actually added the photo of the foxes to my Etsy listing and have been going back and forth about adding the ewok photo, because I think it's just the cutest![gallery columns="2" link="file" ids="653,652"]If you're interested in any of these dolls, I also make them for my Etsy shop:
