Merpug Prototype v3 Updates
I spent the morning working on my revisions for the newest Merpug prototype sent to me. I was hesitant to work on them until I received a huge amount of help from LuckySquidStudios and Kimchi Kawaii. They helped me to keep a positive attitude and keep pushing forward. They also gave me some tips so that the revisions are easy to understand and straightforward. I once again did a combination of pictures and text descriptions, but this time drew directly on the prototype photos with a red brush. I also included the Pantone colors I want the plush to be. It's definitely moving in the right direction, and now I'm in the fine-tuning stages (^-^) So exciting!I've received many questions about the Kickstarter, so here is some more information about that:Once the prototype is finalized, I will make an announcement for the launch date of the Kickstarter. The Merpug plush Kickstarter will only last for 30 days, so Merpug will need all of your love and support to exist! There are several ways to help this happen:
- Donate through the Kickstarter. Any amount, large or small, helps so much! It all adds up!
- Share the Merpug plush Kickstarter link on any of your social media pages. This could be through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, etc. Even if you can't afford to make a donation, spreading the word to your friends and family is absolutely invaluable!
- Word of mouth. If you have a friend who loves pugs (or mermaids!) be sure to tell them about Merpug(^-^) You can also text them the Kickstarter link with your smartphone! Kickstarter is mobile-friendly, and I've backed several of them straight from my phone!
