Carousel Designs Review

Nevada of Superkawaiistudios posted a link to Carousel Designs since they were having a site-wide sale. So, I decided to try them out and ordered Minky fabric from them.This post is in no way affiliated with or sponsored by Carousel Designs; I just wanted to write a review for anyone looking for a new Minky source.

Initial Thoughts

Their website is professional and easy to navigate. The fact that their products are made in the USA is also a major plus! They don't have a very large Minky color selection, but it was still worth it to buy the colors I needed through them and get the rest from other sources. I noticed they often do 20% and 15% off site-wide sales, and you just can't beat those prices for Minky!!

Shipping

I live in the US, so shipping only cost me $5.68 for 5 yards of fabric. I placed my order on August 3rd and my order was delivered today, August 12th. Not bad at all!!

Product

I ordered 4 yards of solid Minky in different colors and 1 yard of dimpled Minky. The box was very well-wrapped in packing tape, which I appreciated. Each fabric was individually packaged in a sealed bag. You can tell they care about their products! I do not notice a difference between Shannon's brand and this brand; the Minky is extremely soft and the pile length and fabric weight is nearly identical to the Shannon Minky I own. None of the fabric has damage or imperfections. The Minky colors were very true to color to their website.

Results
