Merpugs Are Now at VisitNorfolk!

For those of you who have been following along on my journey making and designing toys, you probably noticed how my entire year of 2015 was dedicated to one goofy sea critter: Merpug! If you would like to read more about the Kickstarter and behind the scenes of creating the plush prototype, check out shlii.com/merpug/Ever since the Merpug plush reached full funding on Kickstarter, I have had so many wonderful experiences with Merpug fans, including the actual Kickstarter staff who emailed me an adorable photo of their pug with a Merpug doll! I have been so thankful, overwhelmed, and humbled by all of the love shown for this character.Merpug reached an all new level when I started working with the wonderful folks of VisitNorfolk. They requested some Norfolk Merdogs items for their gift shop, including Merpug plushies, necklaces, and keychains. My products were added to the shop on Friday, March 18th. Four days later, I receive an email requesting more Merpug plushies.
