Busy busy!

photo 1Last week/over the weekend I received an order request from a local asking if we could meet somewhere. I decided to do what I usually do, which is drop it off at Kitsch. Kitsch is an amazing shop in Norfolk that I consign with. Since the request is a gift for Easter, I need to finish the order this week and bring it to Kitsch this weekend. Yikes! ^-^ Well, since I'll be going to Kitsch this weekend I decided to leave all of my new items there as well for consignment, such as my Dapper Dog Hoop Art and new red panda cub dolls. It was kind of a last minute decision, but I like to try and bring stock regularly to Kitsch.photo 3 Today went by extremely fast, but I finally finished cutting out all of the body pieces for a new order of Jellybots from The Jelly Empire. It takes me an extra long time since I actually use interfacing for the pieces to make the dolls more structured. Today, I cut out two hundred and sixteen pattern pieces. I still need to cut out the pieces for the legs, arms, and front details.photo 2 Tomorrow will be dedicated to Etsy orders and that new commission. I'm really hoping I can finish all of that tomorrow so I can get back to working on these Jellybot dolls. They take a good amount of time to complete, so I'm definitely feeling the time crunch since it's already March 12th!
