On a Personal Note
A few weeks ago I made my first order mistake that I've ever made since I started this business in 2009. It's weird; ever since my aunt died in August and then watching my Opa deteriorate and die this past February, my brain just hasn't been working right. Some of you may feel that this information is too personal, but I take this Business very personally. When I say that I care about my customers and want them to be happy, I truly mean it! My customers are more than just customers to me. Since I sell my work online, that means I'm selling with hundreds of thousands of other artists from all over the earth. When someone buys one of my items, they've chosen something I've made out of that vast sea of talent. And that is absolutely incredible!! I can't help it, but I immediately feel a bond with that person, because I'm so honored that they've chosen something I've made! I'm very passionate about this business, and I want it to continually grow and move forward. This order mistake was definitely a wake up call that I need to take care of myself so I can keep moving onward and upward.
