Post ROFcon 2015

My experience at ROFcon's artist alley this year went above and beyond my expectations by a long-shot! I knew the con itself would be wonderful, since the staff were so nice and helpful last year. That was actually one of my deciding factors in even applying for their artist alley. I wasn't disappointed at all! The staff were extremely nice with a laid back atmosphere. But the con attendees- just thinking about it brings a smile to my face. People who saw my booth at Nekocon or other past cons were so excited to see me and my work at ROFcon! I even sold out of all of my original designed plush. I'm still in shock over that one! I also had a little boy tell me that Starmew, which his mother had bought for him at Nekocon, was his favorite! I think I have something in my eye...(T-T) It was so sweet!! There were several moments like that over the weekend, and my heart is just so happy right now!So, a huge THANK YOU!! to artist alley staff and ROFcon attendees, because you all made it one of the most memorable artist alley experiences for me!rofcon-haulI was also surrounded by so many talented artists and now own some of their work^-^ I just couldn't help myself! I bought Young Justice and Batman prints from Skullcat Studios; Winter Wolf print from Daunt; traded a Yeticorn for a Fish plushie from DiZZiNESS; purchased a Jackalope keychain from Lucky Squid Studios ; and bought a TARDIS mini print from LadyToko Art. I am so happy with my haul, and I can't wait to get frames for all of those awesome prints!Of course, all this week I've been completely drained of energy. But there's no time to sit around! I've received several new orders this week (awesome!! thank you so much!!) and am working on a set of Jellybots for The Jelly Empire's next show! I also need to prep for an upcoming show at the end of this month- ShobouCon! I'm hoping to have some new Merpug prints for that show, so I started working on a new piece on Tuesday. It really makes me laugh!
